HELLO day!

Okay. This morning I did a variation of my Sun Salutations found in The Yoga Journal. It super extended my tight shoulders and with deep breathing, I came out feeling extraordinary!

I praise the sun, then wrap my arms around my shins, and then proceed into the salutations, plank, cat and then downward dog. Doing as many as I can while the coffee percolates.

I recommend this as a way to greet the day. If time permits I do crunches and jump roping, but I must greet my day!
