Fat Tuesday has rolled around again.
I did not have the energy to make a King Cake this year... this pic is from last year
~ BUT with all the NOLA transplants here in Chicagoland now, I even saw a KING CAKE today at Whole Food! It did not appear to be traditional ... but I was tempted to buy it... BUT well, I'm doing a cleanse right now anyway so, I will just be UBER ecstatic that it is the New Orleanians time of year.
