Being a complete "Grunger" (pre-Nirvana, I might add) in the 1980's, I preferred my high-top Doc Martin's or my knee-high combat boots from the Salvation Army
to anything couture. Marching around Belmont Avenue in the 1980's while partying to "Bauhaus, New DIvision and the Cure" required a certain edge, ya know.
With the side of my head shaved, I was happy in ripped tights, smoking Marlboros! PINK in my closet, or on anything I owned?
NOT! Because I WAS SCARY!
Fast forward 25 years and I am FINALLY embracing my femininity! Adding a SPLASH of color by way of a handbag, shoe or scarf is perfectly within the norm for me nowadays!
YES, black remains the center-piece of my wardrobe but you may have heard me squealing last night when I saw this pink case for my new #Samsung #Galaxy #Note3!
It allows you to answer calls without flipping it open, and it is CUTE!
Can't wait for it to arrive! I hope it is so awesome it deserves a second post!
