Driving While Impaired

I supervise DUI offenders at work, so for me this is the same principle ... Texting is as dangerous as driving impaired but substances.

If you are still driving while impaired ... watch this ... Wait until you get to a safe place to text and if you drink, cab it, take the 'L' or public trans ... ask a friend to pick you up ...
