On Staying Focused

I finally start to truly get my body where I want it, and then I break my toe!

It has side-lined squatting, biking and yoga because I can't bend it yet!

SUCKS for me, I am still losing weight though and walking briskly three times a day.

Staying in shape is my number one goal. Number two is staying in a healthy frame of mind.

Number three is keeping organized, not letting chaos take over my life! Papers, bills, logs, SO MANY PAGES OF STUFF is VERY hard to manage.

I plan to start meeting my friend Anupy regularly to stay focused.
