Who ever thought that my desire for a "Healthier, Happier" me would lead to Blogging For Bucks? 

After meeting MJ at Blogher back in 2009, my life has been so much more easier to bear. While I love helping people, the stresses of the criminal justice system have long taken their toll.

Social Media has afforded me the pleasure of my first loves: writing & connecting people.
