Amazing what affects temperature can have on the psyche.
With warm weather also comes, what I call, "Chi-wackiness".
All around our fair city are these random art displays.
I have NO idea what they mean, from where they come, or most importantly, to me, WHY!
But its cool scoping them out to capture this "ChiArt" for all to enjoy!
Best part? They are adhesive and peel right off!!
