FAT TUESDAY!

Mardi Gras has been tradition in New Orleans and dates back to 12th Century France.

French Catholics brought their traditions from Europe. Feasting on fattened, slaughtered calves before The Lenten season has morphed into drinking and throwing beads NOLA style.

Gumbo, King Cake, Jambalya, crawfish, étouffée and BOOZE ~ Laissez bon temps rouler!!!!
