I am sorry. Actually, Aaliyah Dana Haughton was born into this world January 16, 1979. This is the anniversary of the day she left.
At the time, witnesses reportedly stated that she appeared undisturbed, resting like an angel at the scene of the fiery plane crash site. So, in a way, today is her birthday into the other realm.
There is a lot of talent out there. And certainly, there will be more talent to come.
Many powerful voices and attractive female acts...
But there was ONLY ONE Aaliyah.
Her allure and and grace followed her right on up to heaven.
I STILL miss her and have ALL, that is, EVERY peep she every uttered.

Goodness, you don't need to be sorry. I didn't follow her, but I do remember when she passed away. My thoughts and prayers to those who loved her, and her family.
